By booking your tour packages, you agree to have read and understood the terms and conditions associated with your tour. We reserve the right to change or amend any policy at any time, taking into account the circumstances.

Our policy is to provide you with a competitive price, in addition to the accommodation and reservation of your pick-up spot on the web. The pricing quoted for your tour package on our website is calculated on a per person basis. These prices do not include tips for crew members, staff or drivers. The rates mentioned on our website are subject to change without prior notice. This increase or decrease will only be made in the event of a change in fuel prices, labor rates, lodging rates, or any other transport rates.

Payment can be made in cash at the time of pickup, or through bank deposit or bank transfer.

Once you have made a reservation with us, our tour staff will send you a confirmation email. Please take time to review the plan offered to you, as our staff strives to offer the best possible plan according to the season.

We reserve the right to make slight changes or adjustments to the itinerary at any time, without refund, in the event of changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any charges made against cancellations or changes that have not been confirmed by us.

It is highly recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected incidents and travelers are responsible for their travel documents. and should always carry their important documents with them at all times to prove their identity.

General Refund Policy

We believe in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Refunds Policy is designed to be transparent and flexible to accommodate unforeseen changes in your plans while maintaining fairness for all parties, Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refunds (100%): For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Partial Refunds (80%): For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity. A 20% management fee will apply in these cases.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No-shows or late arrivals without prior notification.
  • Interruptions due to non-compliance with our guidelines (e.g., safety, behavior, or dress code).

  • Government-mandated travel restrictions (e.g., COVID-19 lockdowns).
  • Cancellations initiated by Sharjah Adventures due to operational issues or unsafe weather conditions.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in these situations:

  • Failure to show up at the designated meeting point or at the specified time.
  • Activities terminated due to violation of safety protocols or inappropriate behavior.
  • Bookings made through third-party vendors (refunds must be requested through the respective vendor).
